You forgot the word "Expected" to be completed..and this definitive agreement is a part of the process and on the same line you are quoting from..In all these years I can't remember any definitive agreement go belly up..This is a done deal..and it seems to me they are going to complete it at the beginning of Hrct's fiscal 2007 for the benefit of Hrct and nothing else..Dr. Hu has a complete handle on this from my perspective..
