I was talking to a friend (and poster here) about my belief that we do not meet the requirements ($2 mill positive equity and pps) to get approved for NASDAQ uplisting at this time. My friend stated that probably most shareholders did not feel we would get approved at this time but that it was baked into the pps. It appears that is not the case as I read comments that several here still are optimistic about uplisting at this time. Just curious how many still feel we will get approval by NASDAQ.
