Even the smallest screw up, the FEDS will padlock Trident doors including but not limited to their slime basket clearing house in SLC. How that place is still operating is beyond science fiction
They just cant dump the entire block at once. They are subject to volume restrictions etc by the broker dealer who they deposited the stock with. Small firms that take these types of deposits are under intense scrutiny and therefore they don't take any chances. Triton should also be under intense scrutiny from internal compliance. If they try to do anything crazy the BD will shut them down, close the account and send the stock back to them. I think they will bleed it out slowly over time.
