A stock that has been dead forever in not watched by the vast majority of shareholders.
Most pink investors have a few of those buried in their portfolios. They are effectively ignored. Occasionally one may make a move and get some attention, but will go unnoticed because virtually 100% of the holders have given up following them.
That is why they get huge pops... because the float is briefly and effectively zero.
With 100's of investors and traders stuck in DBMM with their fingers on their sell buttons... it ain't happening here!
