I might add;
Even with a no buyout route our IP will garner revenue to finish the HIV side of the business successfully, not to mention Federal and Private Grants.... this is really gearing up irregardless of which route it goes.... exciting!

Another side note: If REGN was the suitor... it would be a stock offer... 1st quarter 2020 they had 500M (Aprox.) cash on hand -

Biggest hurdles is getting the Merger complete and paperwork up to date!!
