The Problem with the CAFC

is that the younger political activist judges were appointed by Clinton & Obama

the older (most likely) RINO judges were appointed by RINO G.W. Bush

the oldest judges were appointed by H.W. Bush and Reagan

If AMRN could have got 3 of the oldest judges, they most likely would have won their case

But instead they got 3 younger political activist judges who quickly ruled against them - I suspect they didn't even read all of Singer's material

Of course the oldest judges will most likely leave first

If "the other side" wins, you might as well forget about the CAFC in the future

It will be a true banana republic court
