Ralphey....excellant point....you ask 100 biologist mostly democratic who are mostly pro- choice and they will tell you life starts at fertilization....non science people say life starts at heartbeat detection others viability...if you really want to follow the Constitution 14 the amendment..you have right to life and privacy....Blackman et al put privacy over life..with a caveat that the state did have an interest at viability...will unfortunely that has been discarded with 2nd and very late 3rd trimester abor....at the end of the day ( pissing people off)
The mother is the steward of life not the owner..before slavery was abolished the litmus test for a supreme court justice was whether he believed that a slave was property not a human being...it seems so incredibly unreasonable today.
