So did she only state that it was her finding of fact that the USTPO did not look at Kura when she rendered her decision? No chance for the attorneys for Amarin to correct her?

I know this next statement will make me look like a naive fool, but could she not have picked up the damn phone and called the USTPO and ask them??

Guess I am just pissed that ignorant people are in so many positions of power and ruin things for everyone.
