We will not get anywhere attacking a trial judge's evaluation of expert witness credibility. Rather, the attack focuses on the generics committing a fraud on the court which caused her to be misguided in her findings. At minimum, the case should be reversed and remanded for a re-evaluation of obviousness in the wake of the generics' misconduct, and the conclusion in the Bhatt article.

... not to mention that her opinion was fostered after she was ‘educated’ by someone somewhere somehow sometime b4 rendering her (assuming not her clerk) judgement. LOL.
