LuckyPanda......I believe that the only person left to answer your question as to when these funds will be released to escrow is Mike Willingham, who has been charged, and paid by the LT to represent shareholders...it is was job to do so... he has been paid handsomely for all these years to keep shareholders informed... to my knowledge, he HAS NEVER ONCE PUT OUT ANY NARRATIVE ABOUT EQUITY INTERESTS...what was the use of having a representative, pay him good money for years, without any representation to shareholders?...since the LT is now closed, Mike does not have to answer to anything now, his job is done...he should have been pressed for these answers while the LT was still active......why was everything connected with this receivership, and chapter 11 so hush hush, to shareholders interest?... we have been left guessing now for 12 years, going on 13, and still silence from all parties connected to this money... why?....Lodas

I hope this really gets resolved this year. March 2021 by the latest. If we dont get paid by March 2021, there is a likely chance that they can hold onto the money until 2041...until every REIT/ABS penny has been collected.

Knowing the crooks now that is the more likely scenario.
