Ya the ones about a court appearance this week that was never on the schedule..

And the POR...Effective ..PACER.


Feel free to explain how they had a court appearance last week that was postponed until this week because of the Jewish holiday but their never was a scheduled appearance as per the posted schedule this weekend.

Explain how it went from having a appearance to oh now all it was,was to drop paperwork off..so why not just drop the paperwork off last week on the day they showed up for their appearance and was told it was being cancelled?
