There was a miscomunication cause the judge saud in the last hearing Auctus had to bring evetything in order to sign by Monday 28th.

Most tought this would be a new hearing, but it never was. Bc 28th was a jewish holiday. The paperwork was postponed till 1 Octobre. But many thought again it was a hearing.

So wad it a lie? Not really, it was a misunderstanding, but that doesn't mean the big picture is true.
