I do not think the Mitigation plan has been submitted, if you or anybody have better info, let me know, but what seems clear is that NAK will not issue a PR when they do so....

I am figuring they do so within the next 5 to 10 business days.....just a guess. Maybe the next 1 business day?

The chips then could fall in line very quickly. ACOE knows what they have asked for and are working with NAK people on fulfilling the requirements, monitoring the status....They will know the plan before it is submitted, so this could move very fast after submission. Alaska is totally in the loop too.
