I didn’t know PMPG was behind on their filings

PMPG was current last year when there was a plan for a group to take over the shell. That plan fell through, there was nothing to report business wise since then.

Now there is a new group taking over the shell, expect filings to come soon and bring it back current.

They haven’t PR’d the change of control, just filed an 8K, they are doing things right so far imo.
