Thank you Black-Ops,
I feel the same way. I am not happy either about the current events. My big picture was not as big or long term as yours but I did not expect this BS either. Thank you for your insightful and experienced posts as always.

Ops- thank you for the thoughtful insight. I’ve gotten to where you are but that’s just a timing issue.

It takes character to admit one may have misplaced trust in someone. My words not yours. Nader is so stupid and reckless that he’ll step on his dyck and put the BOD’s in peril. They’re fiduciaries and are inextricably linked to Nader. If they had any brains, they’d dump this moron tomorrow!

Hope to see you back online soon. Until then, take a breath and it will all work out

Do you understand why I am ticked?

Because you don't know the tortured trail most small bio pharma endures? Although the 25 million shares is a valid reason for anger.

Enjoy reading your posts. I had been a Nader supporter for 4 years but the luster has dimished.

It takes different periods of time for investors to wake up to the Nader dance. This ego maniac considers himself to be more important than the molecule itself. His absence to see the forest for the trees for the companies well being has crippled the advancement of LL and made clear the risk he represents.

The SP is adjusting to reflect the Nader factor. Call it bashing, call it negativity, I call it reality. It is what it is. Selling vs. buying is where the rubber hits the road. There has been zero short pressure on the erosion of the SP. Just disgruntled SH’s speaking their minds w their wallets.

I’ve been a share holder for 5.5 years, and after the COVID run up I had a number of other people buy shares. I feel terrible for all the people who bought shares because of me. I know Leronlimab works for AIDS. I can’t imagine Nader would only be fighting so hard for himself and not the shareholders. This compensation plan shows they only care about themselves and not the company. I haven’t lost faith in Leronlimab, but our managment. I’m not like BlackOps but indirectly influence about 500,000 shares. I told them all to vote no. We were very close from stopping this robbery. Just not close enough.

I’d be more than happy to join any shareholder lawsuit.

Our CEO has been deceptive to the shareholders. He needs to be stopped.

I finally registered for the board because I’m so outraged at managment.
