bio, I found their original filing dated 9/30/2018 13G/A. Because their ownership is not broken down in the amarin filings to conclude that the BB ownership has been reduced substantially you have to follow the footnotes on the quarterly slide deck published by amarin. Also, the BB filings confirm my assumption. I posted the details earlier today. Hope that helps.

it's not 700 shares...
667 is the name of the LP owned by BB... they have ~20M shares (or, used to have?)
