One thing that I've always found funny is people who claim to have released or have a boatload of escrow surely are negative towards any returns.

Who thinks like that? Even if you had doubts, you would say that you "hope" there's something coming back. Not these jokers, LOL.

Boarddork, first of all, let me cool down things a bit. I liked the reference of the life boat, so again, if I stepped on your toes being seeming to aggressive in mentioning my doubts, please accept my apology. I just sometimes have issues with “this is a fact!” statement, when my limited mind is not able to see the fact.

So your understanding is that the lapsed status is a "updated" history note? But then why is there only a limited history of these fields?

But anyway, as I said, I`m not an expert and again your explanation sounds good, even so I`m still confused by the way it`S written in their page.

But a complete other questions if you would allow me to ask, as it seem you already put a lot of effort in to the old WaMU mortgage security. I found the following document some time ago, which clearly states which securities have still been there and have been handed over to JPm as serving agent:

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:OiT6Wywi7zgJ:cvweb.clerk.leon.fl.us/public/clerk_services/official_records/download_document.asp%3Fbook%3D5193%26page%3D585+&cd=10&hl=de&ct=clnk&gl=de

Even so for me it still does not prove that we are entitled to any dividends from them, it also proves your theory that they are alive and paying each month to whoever owns them. So my question would be, have you found anything like this that states that the servicing rights have now be handed over to COOP? At least it was my understanding that this is what AZ believes, right?
