Thanks for you elaboration. But from my understanding there is one simple fault in your argument, please correct me if I did not get it right:

The LEI number of WMIH is lapsed. So it CANNOT be used for all the finance statements you just told me that it is need for. From the organization it states clearly:

LEI codes are valid for one year and must be updated by way of reapplication to the relevant LEI issuance agency. Lapsed LEIs will not be deemed valid for EMIR reporting.

So Yes, WMIH Corp has a LEI, and yes, it is not retracted. But it also is not able to report ANY kind of financial statements that it would be needed for. And that is something that gives me a BIG headache. Because that is what is not fitting with the rest of the theory.

Board, we ALL REALLY appreciate your efforts here! Please know I mean that sincerely so that you can understand that the following question is literally just a question-

You have told Oldandnew to "do the work". The guy is reaching out directly to the source to ask them if they're a sub. I would think reaching out directly certainly qualifies as "doing the work" since there's no tea leaves to read that way, right? Please let me know why this isn't a good idea. I seriously don't understand.

To me its like this:
You have a billion Christians all interpreting the Bible in a different way, sometimes resulting in chaos. If you could just pick up the phone and talk to the authors of the Bible or God directly to ask them what they meant by xyz, that would be vastly more efficient and accurate.
