I speculated here before, setting up Brokers Non-Votes group was smart moves after 1st LPC contract was signed. Anyone joined, their could move their shares in or out, or just park shares there. I still believe they are the ones influencing PPS from times to times.

I welcome anyone prove that I am wrong. There are more things related to the group I can not write over here.
