Because of this news: Notification that Annual Report will be filed late 10k

They must submit within 15 days of this notification. That means 10k will be here in less than 15 days. IMO, they had to get all of the new financials, acquisitions and business lines updated for the annual report. My feeling is that we will see a super 10k.
