The pandemic isn’t easing . It’s raging in Europe again where ICU’s are full. And it’s start to uptick here in the States!

Relief is catering to a niche group. Dr. Javitt reiterated that today by saying the EUA application was only for the sickest of the sick, in the ICU, after all available treatment options have been exhausted.

Stop and think about that for a moment.

What is an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for?

For things like common colds or minor rashes?

Of course the EUA application is only for the sickest of the sick.

If/once Aviptadil is FDA approved, it can then be investigated/used for those other than the sickest of the sick.

Dr. Javitt simply stated the obvious.

EUA's are for extreme situations.

The predicted second wave of COVID coinciding with the now arriving flu season does now seem to be developing.
