Yes I read the update and I'm aware that they want to uplist to a major exchange a reverse split will not Gain shareholder confidence.. I do realize that is a pathway to gain the limit share price of a dollar for the New York stock exchange.. But I don't think it will cut it for Nasdaq... The security that files to list to a bigger exchange must retain a certain share price for at least a year.. Before it can even up list and if they do a reverse split many people will dump this... Not saying that it won't happen I've been through it before Aurora just burned all its shareholders with a nice 12 to 1 reverse split.. I was lucky I got out of it.. But if the CEO is planning to up list via reverse split I don't think he'll look very well doing it.. Also you must not know this stock very well it was just at a dollar less than year ago... The only other reason for R/S is to line the pockets of management or raise capital for the operating cost of the company and The CEO said the company has already raised funding... So the only justification for a R/S would be so the company could meet the price requirements to uplist.. Incase you didn't know major exchanges it takes more to up list than just the price requirement... if they do an R/S their shareholders will not have any confidence in the company due to the way they gain their listing... Also Emerald Bioscience has not mentioned nor stated nor released any news of such actions.. EMBI just gave a corporate update stating that they will start their 1st human trial next year 3 months from now and t also stated that the company had raised funding for operations that's it that's all... Also Emerald Bioscience looking to up list to a major exchange did not mention there means to uplist... You have twisted your 1st post around and around you stated you believe Clinical trials were a year out no trials began 3 months from now and the company has not mention a R/S so quit trying to twist your points... Everything you said is speculation other than what you quoted from the news release... Again Emerald Bioscience has stated it will start its 1st human clinical trials next year 3 months from now they also stated the company has raised funding they have not stated that there will be any type of reverse split of any kind.. That is speculation until it becomes fact..
