Thanks Kiwi. Know the city fairly well as my brother-in-law has lived there for 50 years. I grew up 3,000 miles east of Vancouver in Montreal. We used to wish for Vancouver’s winters. Instead we had to dig our cars out of the snow and use engine block heaters to help start the cars when temps dropped to what seemed like close to absolute zero.
