I'm all in on OPK.
Also, took 2000 IU's for Corona back in Feb. Case severity curbed to 2 weeks, not hospitalized. Afterward, 2000 IU's were toxic to me, cut to 500 IU's. Increased thirst & urination (hypercalcemia) occurred from too much D3.
I'm a healthy 60-year old. No medical issues. Resistance was down due to exhaustion, & exposure to freezing temps. If no health issues, just slowly build up D3 if possible.
