BD, it doesn't matter what you post, say or do whatever with HM. Trump, Dimon, Killinger, Judge Walwath, etc could do a press conference together saying that escrows will get paid-in-full. He will deny it and claimed we used impersonators or something, lol.
That info is irrelevant if we don't actually own them!!! What we need to see is actual PROOF that former WMI aka Escrows is entitled to any accumulated cash and/or active legacy retained interests going forward. All of this is meaningless unless those are the facts.
BoardDork great find on the information, however one of them could state it is for a trillion dollars. The points trying to be made is what will actually be distributed 1%, 2% or even 5% and of that what is paid to equity. So far some of these have cash out and yet bk is closed and nothing has even been attempted to be paid out. There is no communication so theories just what they are .
