VCBD daily 3M-Chart below P-SAR about to drop;

Notice the Bolli's are getting tight again, the P-SAR is about to drop to the Bulls, many other indicators are turning, I could care less about Chapter 11...

I am speaking TOTALLY From a Chart T/A perspective, nothing else matters when a chart is turning BULLISH and is about to make a move, although emerging from chap 11 would be HUGE news and a Great Catalyst for a major run-up here...
