that is supposed to be a tax that accrues on all transactions that TDA has no control over.Chances are you did pay it even though you say you cant find it.Like I said , a broker spent a great deal of time with me and we went over every bit of this.Maybe you need a broker to help you spot this.I think you are missing it.
