ouch! I defected from Schwab 15+ years ago. My father used them. I always felt that folks that use Schwab want the extra support that a full-service outfit will give, but one has to pay for that too. I know things have changed for Schwab now. They have been trying to compete with discount brokers like IB and TDA.
