Yes, but wouldn’t it be a great sign to every investor and prospective investor if the insiders did start buying large blocks on the open market? Maybe, just maybe the share price would start heading north again in a substantial way rather than continuing to hover just above a dollar...

Makes you wonder why it’s okay for them to reward themselves with stock and options but stopped buying minuscule shares. After all, where’s the risk in that?
