This is not a question but an expectation shareholders should receive if they hit targets and have a huge purse:

"why not declare a dividend if the company ever does make a profit".

From a monetary stand point, at least my expectation of this CO (as NP so 'loves' his long shareholders) is to be a cash cow with a fat udder.
