The whole BOD should be replaced with people with a greater sense of integrity who keep the interests of the common shareholder in mind. I wonder if what they are trying to do is even legal or falls under the category of unjust enrichment. Nader and Kelly can keep their day jobs as far as I'm concerned, but shouldn't be able to abscond with what rightfully should go to other shareholders. Instead of this self-enrichment, why not declare a dividend if the company ever does make a profit? CytoDyn can operate with a loss for years and these guys can still sell their shares to the tune of millions of dollars.
On the other hand, CytoDyn may become a profitable enterprise and all shareholders would then reap gains, but not to the extent that management has set themselves up for.
