I wonder if the FTC can appeal....after all DuPont is BIG and IVDN is a zero

There could also be a BIG bonus for IVDN if they can collect their court costs which had to be quite substantial considering that this case went on for so long. Now that IVDN has been proven right (and the case should never have been brought in the first place) I can see them being awarded court costs.
