Selling the company for cheap won't save the boards assets from a lawsuit...

No timeframe. My only point was that the management wants to sell, much more than before....

How does one qualify the degree they want to sell?

Is there a going out of business sign on the window

Well that is great to hear. I wish I had your sources, because then maybe I'd sleep better at night.

Thank you sharing that with us Raf, very much appreciated. Perhaps
management has figured out that a sale of the entire company is the
only way left for a big pay day on their options. Poor JT may have
to walk away a centi-millionaire instead of becoming a billionaire.

raf, that's because they would all need to move to the EU. The plan was always to sell after the patent case. The fact they didn't file the EU in conjuction with the US nor start any product development when they raised all that cash told me that. I am sure that's why JT still has a job. He has been the point man on this and knows the players and their interest better than anyone. I would bet the board dictated to get the best offer and report back. Better than bringing in someone else and starting from scratch. Can he close a deal?
