Good summary of the path from blockbuster to lackluster.

The board is filled with posts lamenting our collective losing position. And there is no recourse for anyone except to verbalize our anger.

The remedies at this point are minimal and with miniscule probability of success.

The damage has been done by a multitude of players either by plan or curiously odd circumstances.

Now we are hoping to get something out of EU or a BO. Both are in the same hands as who got us here. And neither has the potential for the value knce believed.

And no input from Amarin.

$15 per share looks like a God send looking at it from $3.60.

GLTA....we'll need it.

postes@ Thanks for your extensive input here - which does put light on a number of things that hopefully is 'on the table' at Amarins - if company is at all Alert on the catastrophic Free Fall of SP.
--------------

I in general accept your very well argued reasons for 'needing a new CEO'.

My only comment would be 'that had Amarin won in Nevada' - I think most of us would have 'lived fine' with the short commings of JT - as you describe them.

I Scandinavia there is an old saying - 'When the trough is empty, the horses starts biting each other'.

Right now 'not much left in the trough of Amarin - with 'bad tone and fighting' just beneath the surface of us all - (nerves - self blame - wife blame - what have you). Not Nice to be poor - eye :)

All the best and a nice weekend to you !

He still has a job and Kennedy still has a job, nobody is accountable whatsoever which looks bad when the lawsuit inevitably comes.

Looks like a criminal conspiracy.
