Haven’t checked to see how many of the disputes involve those loans. The O/S is already north of 1.6B shares and the market cap was around $12-13M when the company was thriving (ie - before it failed and went bankrupt over $15M of debt). Toss in 100 shares per dollar of unsecured debt, and the trajectory is easy math. Those creditors were getting screwed royally if the liquidation plan had been done, now they get something and will greatly appreciate any liquidity they can get from the fluff/hype to sell that stock.
