100 shares per 1dollar debt with a max of 100% of the debt. Do not believe it when somebody says BRTXQ will pay more to the unsecured debtholder than the orignal debt. There will be far from 1.5bil shares added to the OS. This is also not possible bc the AS is 2bil. BRTXQ can only add 400mil new shares, but only at the time the reorg plan accepted by the judge let them.
