Yes, as far as I'm concerned, they've not data locked and they will announce in a PR when they do. I believe when they do update us, they will further define the time line to top line.
As to the whys, I believe first, they are reliant on outside parties for both the time line estimates, and to get the trial to data lock. When those outside parties are wrong, Northwest is subsequently late. However, any time lost does not mean that there is something wrong with the data and that NWBO is hiding it. It simply means it's late, per usual.
The data should still be stupendous, because, IMO, it'll reflect that DCVax-L works and extends and saves lives, and that's what counts.
