...and there's been a flood of PRs from every Pharmaceutical/Biotech with a leading vaccination candidate stating that they'll have absolutely nothing to do with this proposal.
So it would seem that only some unethical firm without any other chance of testing some dubious product will volunteer to kill a few citizens.
