Most, if not all shares, will be held by institutional investors. It might be worth a shot calling your broker to see if they have any available, but from my experience the big brokers dont deal with penny preferred shares
I have never bought preferred shares but at $5 a share you might be sitting on it for a while. Once price gets there tho thats how the rich get richer. They get dividends and extra bonuses and discounts
