If you read carefully the latest Twitter release from Art, the way I read it was that the SEC took issue with the wording of a PR. Art DIDN'T say he agreed with the SEC however ... though he just dropped that particular issue in the update in saying anymore. (Probably wise on his part. If the SEC is anything like the IRS ... NEVER piss off the IRS. They like to exert their power when push comes to shove.).
