eTrade & TDAmeritrade are the two lowest prices (no $50 add-on). Although, I downloaded my transaction activity the other day and found that TDAmeritrade has an extra $15 fee buried in there which I was not aware of... I haven't figured out what it's for... its not on every trade, and I haven't dug any deeper.

I use Fidelity and yes they hit me with a 50 buck charge ,something about overseas market charge. Friggin Bullshit..
