Yes..the housing market does go through cycles, but for this market the timing appears to be right. The Millennials are a larger cohort then the BB's and they are well behind in purchasing single family homes. Should underpin the market for several years (at least).

Just about everything crashes at the top, sooner or later. I had not heard of a crash at the bottom. Last March, started at a high.
