In my opinion the Bankruptcies (2) closed on Dec 20, 2019, signed by the judge. I'm curious about your opinion, which seems to be Jan 23, 2020. I'm just trying to set me expectation with respect to timing of payment.
My hope Boarddock is that we will get it all in cash for first distribution. After that we be sold at and avg of say 30% of face to sell to the public services such as COOPer and get stock for the rest. All should be done by EOY and we will not wait for a 2040 resolve JM HOPE
it would be good to see an actual announcement for legacy WMI investors and a confirmation of a distribution date and the distribution mechanism.. all this might be too much to ask though for us who have been largely left in the dark for a decade plus.
