Here is one of the responses to the whining. My reply was you have to be kidding me. Victor Jones is a city councilman. Like he is going to fix it.

There are a few things we should all consider.
1. Ask Victor Jones if he knows why?
2. How many of you signed a waiver when you bought your home stating your home was being bought knowing you would have airport traffic? You have rights if you did not.
3. Were you ever noticed about the changed pattern because we do have sound barrier locations for a reason.
4. If you never signed a waiver you have far greater rights than those who did. And, more so if you were not noticed about a change.
5. There are flight rules and regulations in neighborhoods. Have those rules been broken?
6. Military does supersede all but again not just because. It must be noticed and planned, except in emergency situations. And of late the President does order more hype if he plans something. And, yes the touch and goes are planned from time to time.
7. If this was a violation file complaints. The first call I would make is to the number I post below and also the city. The more calls they get the faster one might get an answer.
8. It is FAA policy to investigate citizen complaints of low-flying aircraft operated in violation of the FAR, and that might endanger persons or property. ... Locally, contact the Fairbanks Flight Standards District Office at (907) 474- 0276. The inspector should assist with your complaints.
