Let me guess, the whole forum is suppose to guess at what Gilead Science has done to draw the attention of the SEC. Which one of the last 10 yrs of audits had something incorrect? Or was it lack of internal controls, and when? Yep, just dive into a company's filings, and spend the next two 2 yrs on it. This assumes there are still ongoing investigations, and the investigations were of a formal nature.

Then again a Gilead doesn't have much entertainment value does it? You don't have pumpers preying on the dreamers, with the company scammers issuing hilarious insane PR pumps. Followed by posts proclaiming everyone will become a zillionaire. As in one's favorite Microcrap penny stocks.
