Totally agree with your assessment Art. The Company should buy back and retire a good portion of the shares available when it has sufficient funds available and stop providing shares at that ridiculous discount rate.

I believe the product is good and will make great sales on the market with the OEM sales approach, so the Company need to stop behaving like a startup.
