Good Question.... Could be, or could be that it just makes things easier for now while the Merger is being put together. All of the DD here makes one thing clear, while they might be new names to us, within their community of expertise they have been well known, and watched for years. You don’t advance to stage IV with a potential CURE for HIV without the world noticing..... Their peers started noticing a long time ago... We the lucky early investors just recently and the World will pretty soon.
What they have is HUGE! It’s on par with eliminating measles and Polio and if it works as evidenced in their testing against Viruses.... wow!
