Just based on tax loss ($900m)+CoH($600m)+HLS Royalties=$1.5b&change= min $3.57 pps floor

And that’s with Zero US $, and Zero Europe/ RoW and Zero Covid and Zero NASH, DES, Alzheimer’s so on.

The US market is not lost. Maybe Aug 2029 in doubt, I agree but to think Zero is foolish.

I’ve seen some assess Europe as low as $1b, sell side reluctant to fairly value. I have no doubt the “bridge” between BP and JT for value gets clear. I’m of a certain belief that it is narrowing and has been getting close

I don’t agree w anyone who says $7-$10 pps is best upside. I anticipate higher but I won’t comment on how high
