Amerinbull...nice to see you posting....I agree it's on each individual investor to understand the risks....my dd before buying the stock was focused more on V than on Mngt. My fault...I hold myself responsible for not selling I could push the button anytime...some people including myself have complained about Thero way before 3/30....the sock at 3 or 30 Thero is a horrible inexperienced ceo....that is not hindsight...it's a fact.

Tax loss carry-forwards need to be tax effected, so their cash value is only ~ $200M. Buying companies don't pay dollar-for-dollar for tax loss-carryforwards either......
