If you would like to fund an attorney to file a derivative suit now I would not complain. You may have missed some of our past board conversations....our legal expert can't work on both so we funded Amicus first and then we go the derivative route second, win/lose at appeal we are still going after the board. Remove the board we remove the rest! Oh, cancel out their incentive stock plan, let them sue.....lol.
